BALA Staff Members
The secretariat of BALA will require the following personnel;
  1. Executive Secretary
  2. Director of Programmes and Projects
  3. Director of Research and Documentation
  4. Director of Finance and Funding
  5. Project Officer Capacity Building
  6. Project Officer Political Affairs
In order to reduce the high running costs, BALA should employ temporary personnel mainly retired officers on short term basis or engage consultants on short term contracts
